大面积烧伤合并吸入性损伤气管切开24例护理体会

Extensive burns and inhalation injuries tracheotomy nursing of 24 cases

目的:总结大面积烧伤合并吸入性损伤气管切开患者的呼吸道护理经验。方法:对收治的24例严重烧伤合并吸入性损伤患者,尽早气管切开,多种方法进行气道湿化,持续合理给氧,及时吸痰并促进咳痰,防治并发症。结果:治愈22例,死亡1例,自动出院1例。结论:大面积烧伤尽早气管切开、科学细致的呼吸道管理能有效减少并发症的发生,提高大面积烧伤合并吸入性损伤的治愈率。

Objective：To summarize the large-area burns complicated by inhalation injury patients with tracheotomy respiratory tract nursing experience.Methods：the I branch a total of 24 cases of severe burns complicated by inhalation injury treated patients, tracheotomy as soon as possible, various methods for airway moist, oxygen was provided for reasonable, timely sputum suction and promote expectoration, prevention and treatment of complications.Results：22 cases cured,1 case death, automatic discharge in 1 case.Conclusion：Large area burn dry tracheotomy, scientific and meticulous airway management can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the cure rate of large area burns complicated by inhalation injury.
