糖尿病患者血脂检验的分析

Analysis of lipid examination in diabetic patients

目的:分析对糖尿病患者实施血脂检验的意义。方法:选择46例糖尿病患者作为观察组,同期收治46例健康者作为对照组,所有研究对象均抽取清晨空腹静脉血对血脂进行检验,分析两组患者血脂检验结果。结果:观察组总胆固醇水平、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、均高于对照组,而观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于对照组,且P<0.05。结论:对糖尿病患者的血脂水平进行检验,有助于糖尿病的诊疗和其他并发症的预防。

Objective：To analyze the clinical results of lipid tests for patients with diabetes.Methods：46 cases of diabetes received chosen as the observation group,46 healthy cases received over the same period were control group.All the patients＇ blood lipids were sampled and detected.Results：total cholesterol levels triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the observation group,were higher,while the observation group of patients had higher high-density lipoprotein protein cholesterol levels than the control group,and P〈0.05.Conclusion：blood lipid levels is helpful in diabetics treatment and prevention of related complications.
