康复新液治疗46例小儿手足口病口腔溃疡疗效观察

Efficacy of oral ulcer 46 cases of children Treated with HFMD Kangfuxin

目的:观察康复新液治疗小儿手足口病口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析46例手足口病口腔溃疡患儿的临床资料,采用数字单双号的模式分为对照组与研究组,每组各23例。两组患儿均给予抗病毒等常规治疗方案,对照组在此基础上采用碘甘油进行治疗,研究组则给予口服与外用康复新液。比较两组患儿的皮疹消退时间、体温恢复时间以及溃疡愈合时间。结果:研究组患儿的皮疹消退时间、体温恢复时间以及溃疡愈合时间均明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿手足口病口腔溃疡,采用康复新液进行治疗能够有效缩短皮疹消退时间、体温恢复时间以及溃疡愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric rehabilitation new solution HFMD mouth ulcers.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 46 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease received in our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015.The 46 patients were divided into control group and study group according to odd and even numbers,each 23 cases.Two groups of children were given anti-viral and other conventional treatment options,the control group with iodine glycerin based on this treatment,the study group were treated with oral and topical Kangfuxin solution.Comparison of two groups was made in terms of rash subsided time,temperature recovery time and healing time.Results：Children with rash subsided time,temperature recovery time and healing time were significantly better than the control group of patients（P〈0.05） difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：For children with hand,foot and mouth disease and oral ulcers,using new liquid rehabilitation therapy can effectively reduce the rash subsided time,temperature recovery time and healing time,which is worthy of clinical application.
