负压抽吸能提高血透患者股静脉直穿成功率

Negative Pressure Suction can improve the Success Rate of Hem Dialysis Patients with Femoral Vein Through

目的:为了减轻血透病人穿刺痛苦,保证透析血流量,提高股静脉直穿的成功率进而提高患者满意度。方法:采样负压抽吸穿刺股静脉。对100例血透病人行股静脉直穿,随机分为实验组和对照组进行比较。实验组利用负压抽吸法穿刺,对照组常规法穿刺。结果:实验组一次性穿刺成功率96%,对照组穿刺成功率82%;实验组在上机血流量、患者满意度等方面优于对照组。结论:负压抽吸穿刺方法简单易行,上机血流量充足,患者疼痛程度降低,满意度明显提高。

Objective：To piercing pain in order to reduce hem dialysis patients,guarantee the dialysis,blood flow,improve the femoral vein through the success rate and improve patients satisfaction.Methods：Sampling negative pressure suction puncture femoral vein.Straight line of femoral vein for 100 cases of hem dialysis patients,randomly divided into experimental group and control group comparison.Using the method of negative pressure suction puncture controls the conventional method of puncture.Results：The experimental group of disposable puncture success rate 96%,control group 82% success rate of puncture;The experimental group in the flow of blood to the computer is better than that in control group,patients satisfaction.Conclusion：Negative pressure suction penetration method is simple,sufficient blood flow,less pain,satisfaction has improved significantly.
