红外线额温计的临床应用价值

The clinical value of infrared forehead thermometer dancing

目的:探讨红外线额式体温计(额温计)测量体温临床应用价值。方法:随机抽取住院患者40例,采用自身对照的方法比较红外线额温计和水银体温计测量的腋温之间的差异。评价:红外线额式体温计的测温价值。结果:40例患者同时应用红外线额式体温计与水银体温计测量体温,其中水银体温计测出的温度为(36.42±0.38)℃,红外线额式体温计测出的温度为(36.47±0.4)℃,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红外线额式体温计与水银体温计都能准确反映人体的体表温度。

Objective：To study the infrared forehead thermometer（thermometer）.Methods：40 cases of patients hospitalized were randomly selected by self contrast method comparison of infrared thermometer and mercury temperature gauge differences between measured axillary temperature.The value of the infrared thermometer was evaluated.Results：40 patients were applied infrared thermometer and the mercurial thermometer simultaneously.Mercurial thermometer read（36.42±0.38） C,infrared forehead thermometer read（36.47±0.4 DEG C,the difference between the two groups is not significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：infrared forehead thermometer and mercurial thermometer can both accurately reflect body＇s temperature.
