表观健康人群血清胱抑素C参考区间的初步调查

Preliminary investigation of serum cystatin C reference intervals in apparently healthy human

目的 分析782名表观健康人群血清胱抑素C水平的参考区间,为北京地区胱抑素C的生物参考区间的确定提供依据。方法 选取2015年5~8月于首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院体检的表观健康人群共782名,分别对男性组及女性组的胱抑素C的水平进行统计分析。结果 男性组血清胱抑素C中位浓度明显高于女性组（P〈0.01）;在年龄分组上,除≥50岁年龄组男女比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）外,0~〈15岁组（P〈0.05）、15~〈30岁组（P〈0.01）、30~〈50岁组（P〈0.01）血清胱抑素C水平差异均有统计学意义。男性组及女性组≥50岁年龄组血清胱抑素C水平均分别明显高于同性别组的15~〈30岁组（P〈0.01）、30~〈50岁组（P〈0.01）。本研究男性组血清胱抑素C参考区间为0.35~1.14 mg/L,女性组血清胱抑素C参考区间为0.29~0.96 mg/L,总体样本血清胱抑素C参考区间为0.31~1.05 mg/L。结论 胱抑素C在不同性别及不同年龄组存在明显差异,依据临床需要,建立合理的相应人群胱抑素C参考区间具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the reference intervals of serum cystatin C （CysC） levels in 782 apparently healthy human, in order to provid the basis of CysC reference intervals in the Beijing area. Methods Clinical data of 782 ap- parently healthy human taken physical examination in Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University from May to August 2015 were collected. The CysC levels between male group and female group were analyzed statistically. Resuits The median serum CysC level in the the male group was significantly higher than that in the female group （P 〈 0.01）. In group of ≥50 years of age, there was no statistically significant difference in CysC levels between the male group and female group, but which had statistically significant differences between the male group and female group in 0-〈15 years of age （P 〈 0.05）, 15-〈30 years of age （P 〈 0.01）, 30-〈50 years of age （P 〈 0.01）. In the same gender, serum CysC levels of ≥ 50 years group were significantly higher than those of 157〈30 years group （P 〈 0.01） and 30-〈 50 years group （P 〈 0.01）, respectively. In this study, serum CysC reference intervals were 0.35-1.14 mg/L in the male group, 0.29-0.96 mg/L in the female group, and 0.31-1.05 mg/L in the total group. Conclusion Serum CysC levels in different gender and different age groups had significant differences. Based on clinical need, it is important to establish reasonable CysC reference intervals in the region.
