摘要
探索藿香及葫芦巴总黄酮提取液的体外抗氧化活性。以NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-NaOH为显色剂,测定了藿香及葫芦巴提取液中的总黄酮含量,采用分光光度法测定藿香及葫芦巴总黄酮提取液对各种自由基、亚硝酸盐的清除能力和还原力。结果表明:藿香及葫芦巴总黄酮提取液对DPPH·,·OH,·O_2-,NaNO_2,ABTS自由基阳离子均具有清除活性,同时具有一定的还原能力,而且随着总黄酮质量浓度的增加,清除率均逐渐增加。该研究为藿香、葫芦巴的进一步开发利用提供了试验依据。
The antioxidant activity in vitro of total flavonoids in Agastache rugosa and Trigonella foenurn- graecurn is discussed. The total flavonoids concentration in Agastache rugosa and Trigonella foenumgraecum is determined by NaNO2-Al (NO3)3-NaOH chromogenic method and the clearance ability and reducing power of total flavonoids in Agastache rugosa and Trigonella foenum-graecum to all kinds of free radicals and nitrite are measured by spectrophotometric method. The results indicate that the total flavonoids extraction solution in Agastache rugosa and Trigonella foenum-graecum has clearance ability and certain reducing power to DPPH·,·OH,·O2^-,NaNO2 and ABTS free radical cations. Furthermore, the clearance ratio gradually enhances with the increase of total flavonoids mass concentration. The study has provided the experimental basis for the further development and utilization of Agastache rugosa and Trigonella f oenum-graecum.
