摘要
针对植物精油具有广谱的抑菌活性,通过总结罗勒精油国内外文献报道中抑菌活性的研究概况,阐述了具有抑菌活性的罗勒精油作为保鲜剂在食品领域中的应用。另外,根据植物精油的抑菌特性,对农用精油杀菌剂进一步研究提出了一点建议。
On the basis of wide-spectrum antimicrobial activity of plant essential oil, summarize the research situations about antibacterial activity of essential oil from basil (Ocimurn basilicurn L. ) at home and abroad, and elaborate the application of essential oil from basil (Ocimurn basilicum L. ) as antistaling agent in food industry. In the end, according to the antibacterial activity of plant essential oil, some suggestions are proposed for its further research on agricultural fungicide.
