摘要
报道1例黑曲霉致侵袭性肺曲霉病。患者女,36岁,糖尿病病史2a,咳嗽咳痰2个月余,住我院呼吸科。根据组织病理下发现真菌结构及真菌培养结果为黑曲霉诊断为侵袭性肺曲霉病。经2周伏立康唑及2周两性霉素B治疗后,咳嗽咳痰症状消失。
To report a case of invasive pulmonary asperglllosis caused by Aspergillus niger.A female patient,36 years old,was suffered from cough and expectoration for 2months with a history of diabetes mellitus for 2years.She was diagnosed invasive pulmonary asperglllosiss according to the findings of fungal elements in histopathological examination and the positive fungal culture result of Aspergillus niger.After 2 weeks treatment with voriconazole and amphotericin B for another 2weeks,the symptoms of cough and expectoration disappeared.
