头癣发病机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 头癣是一种常见的浅部真菌感染性疾病,多发生于儿童。大量流行病学资料显示其发病率逐年上升。由于头癣愈后可形成萎缩性瘢痕或永久性秃发,严重影响患者的身心健康,因此明确头癣发病机制意义重大。目前头癣的发病机制尚不清楚,国内尚无系统的相关研究综述。该文针对头癣发病机制国内外相关研究成果,从镜下真菌-头发形态学变化、头癣与蛋白酶、头癣与宿主免疫等方面详细介绍最新研究动态。 Tinea capitis is a common superficial fungal infection of the scalp primarily afflicting young children.Epidemiologic data suggest that tinea capitis has been on the rise.The patients sometimes experience atrophic scar and permanent hair loss,especially after longstanding inflammation.So understanding the pathogenesis of tinea capitis is very significant.But at present it is not clear and there are no reviews about it in our country.This report introduced the recent research progress about pathogenesis of tinea capitis after reviewing lots of literatures.
