摘要
电液比例阀在工作过程中会受到自身死区以及外界工作温度双重影响,造成控制的误差增大。该研究通过对电液比例阀在工作过程中的死区问题及不同温度的条件下工作产生的流量、压力超差问题进行了分析和探究,并根据不同原因产生的误差提出了相应的补偿方案,对提高电液比例阀的控制精度起到了推进作用。
The electro-hydraulic proportional valve in the working process will be affected by effects of the dead zone and the working temperature of the outside world. This study analyzes and explores the problems of flow and pressure errors caused by the dead zone of electro hydraulic proportional valve in the working process and the conditions of different temperature, and propose the corresponding compensation scheme according to the error caused by different reasons. It plays a promoting role in improving the control precision of electro hydrau- lic proportional valve,
