膝关节术后僵硬的相关研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 膝关节术后僵硬是膝关节部位手术的常见并发症,常见于交叉韧带重建、胫骨平台骨折、全膝关节置换等术后,严重影响患者的肢体运动功能和生活质量。国内外文献均有报道,膝关节术后僵硬发病率约为1.3%~6.3%。本文通过搜索“PUBMED、中国知网”数据库有关膝关节术后僵硬的文献,对膝关节术后僵硬的发病因素、形成机制、预防措施和治疗手段做一概括总结,并对膝关节术后僵硬的预防及治疗等术后康复措施提供理论及临床依据。 [ Objective] Knee stiffness is a common complication after some knee joint surgeries, such as cruciate ligament reconstruction, tibial plateau fracture, and total knee arthroplasty. It has a strong impact on patients' limb movement function and quality of life. According to the published studies around the world, the incidence of knee stiffness after surgery is 1.3% - 6. 3%. In this paper,a literature research was performed in PubMed and CNKI to collect the studies on knee stiffness after surgery and it summarizes the pathogenic factors, mechanism, preventive measures, and treatment methods. It provides the latest theories and clinical basis for the prevention, treatment, and postoperative rehabilitation of knee stiffness after surgery.
