Study on Guarantee Mechanism of Citizen Information Right in Network New Media Era

[目的/意义]对网络新媒体时代公民信息权利的保障机制进行研究。[方法/过程]阐述公民信息主要特征,分析公民信息权利的内涵,从法律、行业、政府、技术以及个人5个方面分析公民信息权利现状及存在的风险。[结果/结论]提出要从健全相关法规、强调行业自律、重视政府监管、强化技术保障、提高公民意识5个方面,保障公民个人信息权利,促进信息社会的有序发展。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study the guarantee mechanism of citizen information right in the era of network new media. [Method/process]The paper elaborates main features of citizen information, analyzes the connotation of citizen information right, and analyses status quo and existing risks of citizen information right from five aspects of law, industry, government, technology and individual. [Result/conclusion]The paper put forward citizen information right should be guaranteed from five aspects of perfecting relevant regulations, emphasizing industry self-discipline, paying great attention to government supervision, strengthening technical support and improving civil consciousness, so as to promote social development in order.
