Design of Public Opinion Supervision Oriented Questionnaire on College Students' We Chat Usage

[目的/意义]为舆情的有效监管设计一个大学生微信使用情况调查问卷。[方法/过程]提出调查问卷的设计原则和质量评价模型,从明确调查目的和对象、信息收集方式方法、问题的具体内容与形式、问题的提问顺序及答案、问卷的定稿与排版5个方面,对面向舆情监管的大学生微信使用情况调查问卷进行设计,并利用SPSS软件进行有效性检验。[结果/结论]只有科学设计并发放问卷,才能收集到研究所需要的有效数据,为后续研究奠定坚实的基础。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to design a questionnaire to survey college student＇s WeChat usage for effective supervising public opinion. [Method/process]The paper puts forward design principles and quality evaluation model of the question- naire, and designs the public opinion supervision oriented questionnaire on college students＇ use of WeChat from aspects of making clear of the goal and objects of survey, ways and means to collect information, the detailed contents and forms of questions, the order and answers of questions, and the finalization and layout of questionnaire, and then uses SPSS software to test the validity. [Result/con- clusion] Only scientific design and issue of questionnaire, can the valid data needed for research be collected, to lay a solid foundation for follow-up researches.
