摘要
[目的/意义]研究移动互联网环境下学科服务优化的定位及策略。[方法/过程]分析移动互联网环境下图书馆微信公共服务平台学科服务优化定位,即个性化、开放互动性、特定化和综合化;围绕学科服务关系、活力和层次,分析学科服务优化策略。[结果/结论]提出依托微信多功能属性改进学科服务关系,利用微信传播模式提升学科服务活力,充分利用基于微信多样化推送方式深化学科服务层次。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study the orientation and strategy of subject service optimization under environ- ment of mobile Internet, [Method/process]The paper analyzes optimization orientation of library WeChat public service platform under environment of mobile Internet that is personalized, open and interactive, specific and comprehensive. The paper further analyzes sub- ject service optimization strategy around the relationship vitality and level of subject service. [Result/concltmion]The paper proposes that to depend on WeChat's muhifunctional attributes to improve the relationship of subject service, use WeChat's communication models to enhance subject service vitality, and make full use of WeChat's diversified push approaches to deepen the level of subject service.
