摘要
[目的/意义]评价福州地区大学城文献信息资源共享服务平台(FULink)文献提供系统,提出优化该平台用户体验的建议。[方法/过程]在相关研究的基础上构建用户体验模型,并通过问卷调查与访谈,从信息体验、功能可用、审美体验、情感认知等方面对用户体验现状进行实证分析。[结果/结论]该平台的用户体验令人满意,但也存在不足;应努力提高信息内容的全面性与可获得性;应始终以用户为中心,以满足用户需求为出发点,提升服务功能;应建立多条沟通渠道,并配套相应反馈机制。
[Purpose/significance] The paper is to evaluate document offer system of Fuzhou University Town Resources Sharing Platform (Fulink), and propose suggestions to optimize user experience for the Platform. [Method/process] The paper bases on previ- ous related researches to built user experience model, does questionnaire survey and interview, makes an empirical analysis on status quo of user experience from aspects of information experience, availability of functions, aesthetic experience and emotional cognition. [Result/conclusion] The user experience of the platform is satisfactory, but there are some deficiencies. The platform should strive to improve information availability and comprehensiveness, center on users and meet their demands as the starting to improve platform service functions, and establish multiple channels of communication and set up corresponding feedback mechanisms.
