摘要
研究了不同掺量粉煤灰对泡沫混凝土性能的影响,实验结果表明:在相同容重下,泡沫混凝土28 d抗压强度随着粉煤灰掺量的增加是呈上升趋势,粉煤灰掺量为30%时抗压强度最高,而且在设计容重越大的情况下强度受水灰比影响越小。而吸水率是随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而整体趋于下降,并且在设计容重为600 kg/m3,水胶比为0.42时,粉煤灰掺量为30%时,泡沫混凝土的吸水率最低。导热系数在粉煤灰掺量较小时,影响较小;当掺量为30%时,导热系数最小,仅为0.55 W/(m·K)。
The effect of different dosage of fly ash on the performance of foamed concrete was studied. Experimental results show that: in the same density, there has been a general go-up trend of foam concrete compressive strength of 28 days with the increase of fly ash content , when the amount of fly ash is 30% it has highest compressive strength. And in the case of the larger design density, the strength is less affected by the water cement ratio. While the water absorption is decreased with the in- crease of fly ash content, and in the design of bulk density 600, water binder ratio 0.42, mixing amount of the fly ash 30%, the foam concrete water absorption rate is the lowest. Thermal conductivity of foamed concrete has no obvious effect when the content of fly ash is small, and when the content is 30%, the thermal conductivitv is the smallest, only 0.55 W/(m·K).
