摘要 以方案主要可变动成本消耗临界值为目标,从乘务配置班数、日均运用货车辆数和机车供应台次3方面关键因素切入,以反应各起讫点间距离特征的机车走行时间为决策变量。对蒙西至华中地区煤运通道邓湖以北,开行5 000 t单元列车和开行1万t组合列车(单机牵引)两种开行方案进行了其对应的经济适用性分析比对,给出了两种方案各自对应的以起讫点间走行时间为自变量的成本函数,得出了运行图未满及相同运量条件下两种方案主要可变动成本支出相等时对应的临界点走行时间为18.285 h。为邓湖以北各OD对间万t列车的开行范围及时机提供了合理的理论依据。 With the critical value in the main variable cost consumption of the schemes as the goal, starting with the key factors of three aspects including train crew number, average daily wagons and lo- comotives available, taking the travel time that represents the characteristics of the start-destination dis- tance as decision-making variable, an analysis and comparison is made of the economical applicability of the two kinds of operation scheme, the 5 000-ton heavy-haul train and the 10 000-ton combined heavy- haul train (single engine) in the north of DengHu of Coal Transportation Passage from West Inner Mongolia to Central China Area. The corresponding cost function of each scheme is presented with the travel time between the start and destination as independent variables. It is concluded that the critical travel time of the two schemes the train operation d oretical basis for the each OD pairs in the lagr with the equivalent main variable cost is 18. 285 hours under the condition that am is not fully filled and there is the same volume. It provides a reasonable the- operation scope and opportunity of the 10 000-ton combined heavy-haul train of north of DengHu.
