皂荚合剂治疗Ⅰ型精神分裂症短期疗效的对照研究

Control Study on the Short-term Effect of Honeylocust Mixture in the Treatment of Type Ⅰ Schizophrenia

目的观察皂荚合剂配合小剂量氟哌啶醇对Ⅰ型精神分裂症的短期疗效。方法将60例Ⅰ型精神分裂症患者按治疗意愿分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组以协定方皂荚合剂配合小剂量氟哌啶醇(最大剂量不超过12mg/d)。对照组单纯应用氟哌啶醇,使用阳性和阴性精神症状评定量表(PANSS)、简易智力状态检查表(MMSE)、临床大体印象量表(CGI)及不良反应量表(TESS)于治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、6周末分别评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前后的PANSS评分差异存在统计学意义。两组间的PANSS评分差异在第1、2周末存在统计学意义,在第4、6周末无统计学意义。结论皂荚合剂配合小剂量氟哌啶醇治疗Ⅰ型精神分裂症能明显加快患者症状恢复,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To observe the short-term effect and safety of honeylocust mixture combined with small doses of haloperidol in the treatment of type I schizophrenia. Methods 60 cases patients with type I schizophrenia were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given oral honeylocust mixture combined with small doses of haloperidol（ ≤12mg / d）. The control group was given oral haloperidol. The curative effects and side effects were evaluated with PANSS,MMSE,CGI and TESS before treatment and after treatment of 1,2,4 and 6 weeks. Results The treatment group and the control group had statistical significance before and after treatment in PANSS. Between the two groups at the 1 and 2 weekends,there was statistical significance in PANSS score,but no significant difference at the 4 and 6 weekends. Conclusion Honeylocust mixture combined with small doses of haloperidol in the treatment of type I schizophrenia can increase the curative effect,and shorten the treatment time.
