耳穴贴压结合莱菔子包热熨对脑出血急性期患者排便的影响

The Effect of Auricular Plaster Therapy combined with Semen Raphani Ironing Bag on Defecation of Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察耳穴贴压结合莱菔子包热熨对脑出血急性期患者排便的影响。方法将符合本研究标准的79例单侧基底节区脑出血急性期患者采用随机数字表法分为干预组40例和对照组39例。2组均给予一致的基础治疗和脑出血护理措施;干预组同时给予耳穴贴压及莱菔子包热熨。采用排便量表对2组排便情况进行评价。结果干预组患者的排便情况总体上优于对照组(P<0.05),尤其是改善腹胀。结论耳穴贴压结合莱菔子包热熨可显著促进脑出血急性期患者排便,减少腑实证的发生,有可能改善预后。

Objective To observe the effect of auricular plaster therapy combined with semen Raphani ironing bag on defecation of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 79 cases of selected patients who were in acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage with unilateral basal ganglia hemorrhage were randomly divided into intervention group（ 40 cases） and control group（ 39 cases）. The two groups were given the same basic treatment and nursing measures. But the intervention group received auricular plaster therapy and semen Raphani ironing bag. We evaluated the defecation of the two groups by using the defecation scale. Results The defecation of patients in the intervention group was better than that of the control group on the whole（ P〈0. 05）,in particular for ameliorating symptoms of abdominal distension. Conclusions Auricular plaster therapy combined with semen Raphani ironing bag can significantly promote defecation of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,and reduce the incidence of Fushi syndrome. It may improve the prognosis.
