营卫学说在变态反应皮肤病中的理论及临床应用

The Extension and Clinical Application of the Ying-Wei Theory in Allergy Skin Diseases

对中医营卫理论与变态反应性皮肤病文献做了简要的总结和评述。从营卫的含义、营卫不和、调和营卫三个方面,结合中医体质学说和变态反应性皮肤病的中医病因学说,对变态反应性皮肤病的病位、病机和治疗提出见解,着重分析如何在调和营卫法基础上选方,根据不同证型加减药物治疗,并举例论证。期望对变态反应性皮肤病运用简、便、廉、验的治法提供新思路。

A brief summary and review of literature on the ying-wei theory of Chinese medicine and allergic skin diseases was introduced. The allergy skin disease of location,pathogenesis,and treatment opinions were put forward from the three aspects of the concept of ying-wei,the disharmony between ying and wei,regulating the function of ying and wei,combine the constitution theory of TCM and allergic skin disease etiology of TCM theory. It focused on how to select the prescriptions on the basis of regulating the function of ying and wei,how to modified drug therapy according to the different syndrome of disease,and example was introduced to demonstrate. We expect to provide new ideas for allergic skin diseases by using simple,convenient,inexpensive and effective treatment.
