逆变型分布式电源的公共连接点电压调整方法

摘要 为了提高逆变型分布式电源调整公共连接点电压的效果,分析了逆变器并网时发出或吸收无功功率与电压的关系。在电网三相平衡与不平衡的情况应用瞬时功率理论,并结合对功率的模糊控制与对参考电流的正负序双电流独立内环控制,提出一种基于控制的公共连接点电压调整方法。该控制方法在电网正常运行与电压凹陷情况下均能有效调整公共连接点电压;在不平衡电压凹陷发生时能降低系统不平衡度。仿真结果验证了该方法对电压调整的有效性与自适应性。 In this paper,in order to improve the effect of inverter interfaced distributed generator (IIDG) regulated volt- age at the point of common coupling (PCC), the relationship between the reactive power and the voltage from/to the grid-connected inverter is analysed. By applying instantaneous power theory under three-phase balanced and unbal- anced grid vohage, and combining the fuzzy control of power and the positive and negative sequence double indepen- dent current loop control of the reference currents, a PCC voltage regulated method based on control is proposed. The control method can effectively regulate the voltage of PCC under both normal voltage and voltage sag, and it can reduce the imbalance of the system under unbalanced voltage sag. The simulation result verifies the effectiveness and the self- adaptability of voltage regulation of the proposed control method.
