摘要
超声分散20 min后,用高频往复试验机分别考察了绢云母,凹凸棒,沸石粉和硅藻土等天然矿物粉末在癸二酸二异辛酯合成油中的摩擦学特性。结果表明,绢云母、凹凸棒、沸石粉和硅藻土等天然矿物粉末在癸二酸二异辛酯均有一定的抗磨作用,其中绢云母的效果最好。同时尺寸较小的凹凸棒与沸石粉在癸二酸二异辛酯中还具有一定的减摩性能。
The tribological characteristics of scricite,attapulgite,zeolite and diatomite natural mineral pow- ders in diisooctyl sebacate synthetic lubricant were investigated respectively with high frequency reciprocating tri- bomctcr after for 20 minutes ultrasonic dispersion. The results showed that every natural mineral powder of sericite,attapulgite,zeolite and diatomite in diisooctyl sebacate had a certain anti-wear performance,which sericite was the best. Meanwhile the attapulgite and the zeolite with smaller size in diisooctyl sebacate also had a ceertain anti-frictional property.
