摘要
为了验证我司自主研发的DCS控制系统Nic Sys2000的功能、性能、测量精度、可靠性、稳定性等指标,我司搭建了核电厂控制系统1:1仿真样机验证系统。该仿真样机验证系统采用Nic Sys2000控制系统,仿照福清核电3#机组。论文介绍了核电厂非安全级DCS仿真样机验证系统中的KSN子系统测试的测试方法,测试结果和测试过程中的问题及解决方法。测试内容包括:功能测试、性能测试、单体测试和设备和控制逻辑测试。通过对仿真样机验证系统的测试,可以更好的验证Nicsys2000系统的各项指标,为我司新产品的研发积累宝贵资料,并为今后系统在核电厂可靠、稳定的运行提供保障。

This paper introduces the testing method, testing results, the problems and solu- tions in the process of testing of KSN subsystem (Thissystem is relatively independent and the function is very important. ) in the DCS simulation system. The test includes functional test, performance test, unit test, equip- ment and control logic test. Through the verification test of the system, we can verify more index of NicSys2000 andaccumulate valuable information for our new products. So we increase function test and performance test in the test work. After the test, we will timely feedback data to our R&D department, providing the basic data for improving and perfecting our future products.
