摘要
介绍了在实验物理和工业控制系统(EPICS)平台上开发远程监控系统,其实现的功能包括:远程监控硬件设备电压、电流、风扇转速、环境温湿度等,从而保证江门中微子实验(JUNO)探测器在满足实验需求的环境中正常工作,目前已全部完成并正常运转。NIM8304高压机箱监控系统采用基于数据流的设备通讯驱动软件模块Stream Device,Wiener机箱监控系统与温湿度探测器监控系统分别采用了SNMP协议和Modbus协议进行通讯,其底层IOC(Input/Output Controller)驱动通讯模块都采用了EPICS平台上的C语言开发。
This paper mainly introduces the development of remote monitoring and control system under experi- mental physics and industrial control system (EPICS) platform. Its main function is to remotely monitor and control voltage, current, fan speed, environmental temperature and humidity and so on, so that the detector can work in a suitable environment and meet the need of neutrino experiment. The prototype system has been com- pleted and run normally. The monitoring and control system of NIM8304 high voltage crate is based on Stream- Device which is a communication module. The IOC communication module of Wiener crate and temperature & humidity detector are based on SNMP and Modbus protocol respectively, and developed by C language.
