安徽省滁州市琅琊区小微企业转型发展研究

小微企业是经济发展的重要推动力量和扩大就业的重要渠道。近几年,滁州市琅琊区小微型企业获得较大发展,但发展中仍然面临着许多挑战。文章从内生发展动力、用工、扶持政策、融资、服务体系等方面分析了当前琅琊区小微企业发展中面临的问题,并在此基础上从推动小微企业转型升级发展、落实优惠政策、完善服务平台体系等方面提出了对策建议。

In recent years, the small and micro enterprises in Langya District of Chuzhou city have got great development, but the development still faces many challenges. From the internal motive force of the development, employment, policy support, finance, service system etc. analysis the current Langya District small and micro enterprise development facing the problem, and on this basis, from the small and micro enterprises to promote the transformation and upgrading of the development, the implementation of preferential policies, and improve the service system and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
