摘要 目的:探讨CD105和血管内皮生长因子-C(vascular endothelial growth factor-C,VEGF-C)在结肠癌中的表达及与临床病理参数的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法,检测50例结肠癌组织和20例癌旁非癌组织中CD105标记的微血管密度和VEGF-C蛋白的表达,分析两者与结肠癌临床病理参数的关系。结果:在结肠癌组织及正常组织中CD105和VEGF-C的阳性表达依次降低(CD105:25.54±8.38,10.80±2.35;VEGF-C:74.0%,5.0%),组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);CD105在结肠癌中表达与Dukes分期及淋巴结转移情况有关(P均<0.01);CD105与VEGF-C在结肠癌中的表达呈正相关性(rs=0.605,P<0.01)。结论:(1)CD105和VEGF-C蛋白的表达与结肠癌的发生、发展有一定关系。(2)CD105对结肠癌病人病理分级的诊断、判断预后及预测血管及淋巴管转移有一定的指导作用,联合VEGF-C是否能增强其作用需进一步深入研究。 Objective: To detect the expression of CD105 and vascular endothelial growth factor- C( VEGF- C) protein in colon cancer and to analyze their correlation with the clinical pathological features. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was adopted to detect the microvessel density( MVD) marked by CD105 and the expression of VEGF- C in 50 samples of colon cancer tissues and in 20 samples of adjacent normal colon tissues. Their correlation with the clinical pathological features of colon cancer was analyzed. Results: The positive expressions of CD105 and VEGF- C in colon cancer tissues and normal colon tissues decreased in turn( CD105: 25. 54 ± 8. 38,10. 80 ± 2. 35; VEGF- C: 74. 0 %,5. 0 %) and there was significant difference between the two groups( P 0. 01); Expression of CD105 in colon cancer was related to Dukes' staging and lymph node metastasis( P 0. 01). Expression of CD105 was positively correlated with expression of VEGF- C in colon cancer( rs = 0. 605,P 0. 01). Conclusions:( 1) Expressions of CD105 and VEGF- C protein are somewhat associated with the occurrence and development of colon cancer.( 2) The detection of CD105 may be helpful to diagnose pathological staging,judge prognosis and predict blood vessels or lymphatic metastasis,but it needs to be further studied whether the combination of CD105 and VEGF- C can enhance the effects.
