摘要
目的:探讨新生儿高胆红素血症脑干听觉诱发电位异常(brain stem auditory evoked potential,BAEP)的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月1日至2014年10月30日收治的高胆红素血症患儿的临床资料。随机选取96例,将32例BAEP检测结果异常者作为观察组,64例BAEP正常者作为对照组,对BAEP的可能影响因素进行分析。结果:两组患儿的入院日龄、母亲年龄、出现黄疸时间、纯母乳喂养率等临床资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿的入院体重、血清总胆红素(total serum bilirubin,TSB)峰值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿高胆红素血症BAEP异常与TSB峰值过高、出生后体重下降有关。
Objective: To explore the influencing factors of brainstem auditory evoked potential( BAEP) in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods: Clinical data of the neonates with hyperbilirubinemia hospitalized from January 1st to October 30 th,2014 in Inner Mongolia Maternal and Child Care Service were analyzed retrospectively. 96 cases were chosen randomly and divided into the observation group( 32 cases with abnormal BAEP) and the control group( 64 cases with normal BAEP),the possible influencing factors being analyzed. Results: There was no difference between the two groups in terms of the neonates' age at admission,maternal age,the first appearance of jaundice time and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding( P〉0. 05); there was difference in terms of admission weight and peak serum bilirubin( TSB) level( P〈0. 05). Conclusions:Abnormal BAEP in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia is related with too high peak TSB and decreased weight after birth.
