膝关节镜下复位植骨内固定治疗胫骨平台单髁塌陷骨折的疗效 被引量:2

Clinical effect of arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with bone graft fracture in the treatment of condyle collapse fracture in tibial plateau

摘要 目的:探讨胫骨平台单髁塌陷骨折患者实施膝关节镜下复位植骨内固定术的临床疗效。方法:收治的胫骨平台单髁塌陷骨折的患者86例,均实施膝关节镜下复位植骨内固定术,术后12个月进行随访,比较患者术后与术后1年患者的身体指标变化情况。结果:患者骨折均康复,11~16周显示X线愈合,14~17周可完全负重,术后胫骨平台的塌陷高度、增宽宽度以及外倾角度同术后1年情况对比无差异(P〉0.05)。结论:膝关节镜下复位植骨内固定术治疗胫骨平台单髁塌陷骨折的临床效果明显,且切口小、预后好、并发症少的优点。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with bone graft fracture in the treatment of condyle collapse fracture in tibial plateau. Methods: 86 cases of patients with condyle collapse fracture in tibial plateau were implemented arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with bone graft fracture. The patients were followed up after 12 months,and their physical indicators were compared with those indicators 1 year ago. Results: All patients had recovered. X- ray displayed healing in 11 ~ 16 weeks,full weight- bearing was permitted in 14 ~ 17 weeks. There was not significant difference in postoperative collapse height,width and camber angle of tibial plateau compared with those 1 year after the operation( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Clinical effect of arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with bone graft fracture in the treatment of condyle collapse fracture in tibial plateau is remarkable,with small incision,good prognosis and fewer postoperative complications.
