克罗米芬联合尿促性素治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者78例 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察克罗米芬联合尿促性素治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年10月-2015年9月收治的78例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,再予以尿促性素治疗,统计两组患者受孕率及排卵率。结果:治疗后,对照组患者共接受86个治疗周期,受孕率为10.26%,排卵率为25.58%;观察组患者共接受治疗81个周期,自然受孕率为20.51%,排卵率为54.32%。观察组患者的自然受孕率和排卵率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:克罗米芬联合尿促性素治疗多囊卵巢综合征,可有效提高患者的自然受孕率和排卵率,具有较高的临床价值。 Objective: To observe clinical effect of clomiphene combined with menotropins in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome( PCOS). Methods: 78 cases of PCOS patients from October 2012 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received clomiphene treatment,and those in the observation group received menotropins on the basis of the treatment in the control group. Pregnancy and ovulation rates were calculated in both groups. Results: Patients in the control group received a total of 86 treatment cycles,with pregnancy rate at 10. 26 % and ovulation rate at 25. 58 %; Those in the observation group received a total of 81 treatment cycles,with pregnancy rate of 20. 51 % and ovulation rate of 54. 32 %. The natural pregnancy rate and ovulation rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Clomiphene combined with menotropins in the treatment of PCOS can effectively improve the natural pregnancy rate and ovulation rate,and has a high clinical value.
