摘要
目的:了解中枢神经细胞瘤镜下形态及神经元特异核蛋白(NeuN)、突触素(SYN)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、少突胶质细胞转录因子乏(Olig-2)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)和Ki-67的表达。方法:选择8例中枢神经细胞瘤外科手术标本及1例会诊标本,采用HE染色镜下观察其形态特点;采用免疫组织化学方法检测NeuN、SYN、GFAP、Olig-2、EMA和Ki-67的表达。结果:中枢神经细胞瘤细胞由单一圆形细胞围绕分支状的毛细血管呈蜂窝状排列;免疫组织化学示肿瘤细胞SYN及NeuN均为阳性,Ki-67增殖指数为1%~2%,GFAP灶性阳性,Oligo-2和EMA阴性。结论:中枢神经细胞瘤具有一定的病理形态特征,免疫组化标记有助于诊断。
Objective: To investigate the histopathologic features, immunohistochemical staining for NeuN, SYN, GFAP, Olig-2, EMA and Ki-67. Methods: 8 cases of central neuroeytoma of surgical specimens and 1 ease of consultation were analyzed by HE staining and performed immunohistoehemi- eal staining for expression of NeuN, SYN, GFAP, Olig-2, EMA and Ki-67. Results: Neuroeytoma was composed of uniform round cells around the branches of Capillary blood vessels while arranging in a ho- neycomb appearance. Immunohistoehemistry showed that the tumor cells were positive for SYN and Ne- uN, the positive rate of Ki-67 was 1% -2%. A few tumor cells were positive for GFAP. The tumor cells were negative for Olig-2 and EMA. Conclusion: Central is a rare neuronal tumor which has clini- eopathologic feature. Immunohistoehemieal study using appropriate antibodies play an important role in definitive diagnosis of neurocytorna.
