摘要
目的:观察降钙素联合骨肽治疗老年女性骨质疏松症(OP)患者的疗效。方法:134例老年女性OP患者分为常规组和观察组,两组OP患者均给与口服元素钙及维生素D治疗;在此基础上,常规组给予阿仑膦酸钠治疗,观察组给与降钙素联合骨肽治疗,均治疗24周;比较治疗前和治疗24周时,2组患者自我疼痛评分(VAS评分),评价患者疼痛改善情况;同时检测患者腰椎(L2-4)3个位点及左侧股骨颈的骨密度(BMD),评价治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组OP患者VAS评分高分比例明显低于治疗前,(P〈0.05),说明患者疼痛症状明显改善,但两组VAS高分人数比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);与治疗前比较,观察组患者治疗后L2-4及股骨颈BMD升高(P〈0.05),而常规组无明显变化(P〉0.05);观察组和常规组75~83岁患者L2-4及股骨颈BMD高于84~92岁患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:降钙素联合骨肽治疗老年女性骨质疏松症疗效明显。
Objective: To observe effect of calcitonin combined with ossotide in treatment of elderly women with osteoporosis (OP) patients. Methods: 134 cases of elderly female patients with OP were divided into control group and observation group, both of which were given oral calcium and vitamin D. Meanwhile, control group received alendronate while observation group were given calcitonin com- bined with ossotide, and these treatment lasted for 24 weeks. The self pain score ( VAS score) , which was used to evaluate pain improvement of patients, was compared between the two groups before treat- ment and 24 weeks after treatment. Meanwhile, the bone mineral density (BMD) of 3 sites of lumbar spine (L2-4 ) and left femoral neck were detected to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Result: After treatment, VAS score in the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment( P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no significant difference in the number of high VAS scores between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with before treatment, in the observation group the BMD in L2-4 and left femoral neck were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) , while in the control group no significant change of BMD was shown( P 〉 0.05 ). In both observation group and control group, BMD in L2-4 and left femoral neck of 75 - 83 years old patients were significantly than their counterparts of 84 - 92 years old patients (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The effect of calcitonin combined with ossotide in treatment of elderly women with osteoporosis (OP) patients is obvious.
