牙周炎患者应用综合护理干预的效果评价

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Periodontitis

[目的]评价牙周炎患者应用综合护理干预的效果。[方法]选取2012年1月至2014年1月本院收治106例牙周炎患者，144颗患牙，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各53例，观察组有76颗惠牙，对照组有68颗。对照组患者进行常规护理及治疗，观察组在此基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组的菌斑指数（PLI）、牙龈指数（GI）、探针深度（PD）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）、牙周附着水平（AL）以及治疗总有效率等。[结果]经治疗，两组患者的PLI、GI、PD、SBI及AL均低于治疗前（P〈0．05），且观察组低于对照组（P〈0．05），而治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]将综合护理干预应用到牙周炎患者中，能有效缓解患者的牙周症状，临床治疗效果显著，值得推广应用。

[Objective]To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with periodontitis. [Meth- odslFrom January 2012 to January 2014, 106 patients with periodontitis and 144 teeth were selected from our hospital. Randomly, they divided into observation group and control group, each group had 53 cases, the observation group had 76 teeth, and the control group had 68. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing and treatment, and the ob- servation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Plaque index （PLI）, gingival index （GI）, probe depth （PD）, sulcus bleeding index （SBI）, periodontal attachment level （AL）, and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.[Results]After treatment, PLI, GI, PD, SBI and AL of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment （ P 〈0.05）, and the observation group was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）.[Conclu- sionlApplication of comprehensive nursing intervention for periodontitis can relieve the symptoms of periodonta effectively. The clinical treatment effect is remarkable, and it is worth popularizing.
