摘要
针对龙口水利枢纽泄水建筑物在高速挟沙水流条件下的磨蚀问题,采用硅粉代替部分水泥,并掺入UF500纤维素纤维的方法配制出满足设计要求的抗冲磨混凝土。现场施工取样的结果进一步验证了推荐的混凝土配合比满足抗冲磨要求,性能良好。
According to the abrasion problems for the sluice structure of Longkou hydro project under the high speed sediment-laden flow, an abrasion resistant concrete, meeting the design requirements, are formulated by adopting the silica fume instead of the part of the cement and incorporating the UF500 cellulose fiber. The results testing sample from the field construction further verify that the recommended mix proportion of concrete could meet the requirements of abrasion resistant and has good performance.
