Analysis on LI Dong-yuan's Experience in the Application of Feng Yao

风药应用是李东垣用药特色之一,这一点在其晚年著作《脾胃论》中尤为明显。当代许多医家对李氏这一用药经验进行探究,但仍有未尽之处,尤其是在具体应用方面,未能凸显出风药的独特作用以及临床选用病机与主症。本文从李氏相关著作出发,梳理原文、推求其意,首先对风药进行界定,之后讨论风药范畴及其作用,最后探究风药的独特作用及李氏应用技巧、用药指征及适应证,以期裨益于临床。

The application of Feng Yao was one of the LI Dong-yuan＇s special medication experience, which was particularly evident in his book Theory of Spleen and Stomach in his later years. Many physicians explored LI＇s medication experience, but there were still un-finished, especially in terms of specific application. It cannot highlight the unique role of Feng Yao, clinical pathogenesis and primary symptom. This article embarks from the LI＇s writings, carding and derive the meaning, first of all to define the Feng Yao, after discus-sing what medicine belongs to the wind and the effect, finally to explore the unique role of wind medicine and lee application skills, medication indications and indication in order to help in the clinic.
