金黄膏联合走罐疗法治疗斑块型银屑病30例

Clinical Efficacy of Golden Yellow Plaster Combined with Cupping Therapy in the Treatment of Plaque Psoriasis 30 cases

目的:观察金黄膏联合走罐疗法治疗斑块型银屑病的疗效及对患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法:将60例斑块型银屑病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予金黄膏联合走罐治疗,对照组给予卡泊三醇软膏外搽治疗,同时测定两组患者治疗前后血清VEGF水平。结果:观察组在有效率、调整患者血清VEGF水平方面均优于对照组。结论:金黄膏联合走罐治疗斑块型银屑病效果显著、副反应轻微。

Objective：Clinical efficacy of Golden Yellow plaster combined with Cupping Therapy in the treatment of plaque psoriasis and the effects on level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）. Methods：60 patients with mild to moderate plaque psoriasis were randomly assigned into two groups. One group was used Golden yellow plaster combined with cupping therapy,another group took Calcipotriol Ointment for external use. Each group contained 30 patients. The concentrations of the serum VEGF were measured before and after treatment. Results：The treatment group was superior to the control group in the effective rate and the adjustment of the VEGF level in the serum of the patients. Conclusion：Golden yellow plaster combined with cupping therapy is a method that very efficacious and less side effect.
