温针灸结合体位调整护理法治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Needle Warming Moxibustion Combined with Posture Adjustment Nursing on Discogenic Low Back Pain

目的观察温针灸结合体位调整护理法治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组患者采用温针灸结合体位调整护理法进行治疗,对照组则采用常规护理结合温针灸进行治疗,每日1次,10 d为1个疗程。连续治疗3个疗程后,两组患者分别进行疼痛程度、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分、临床疗效比较。结果椎间盘源性下腰痛观察组患者与对照组治疗后临床疗效、Oswestry功能障碍指数及疼痛积分改善率比较均差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸结合体位调整护理疗效优于温针灸结合常规护理法。

Objectives： To explore the optimal treatment scheme of discogenie low back pain by investi- gate the clinical curative effect of needle warming moxibustion combined with posture adjustment nursing. Methods： 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 40 cases in the observation group were treated with needle warming moxibustion combined with posture adjustment nursing. Another 40 cases in the control group were treated with routing nursing combined with needle warming moxibustion. Two groups were treated once a day. One treatment course was 10 days. After 3 courses of treatment,the two groups were respectively evaluated in the degree of pain and the Oswestry disability index. The effect in- dexes were compared before and after treatment between groups. Results： The difference was statistically significant between the observation group and the control group in the degree of pain,Oswestry disability index and improvement rate of pain score （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Needle warming moxibustion combined with posture adjustment nursing has a better clinical effect than routing nursing combined with needle warming moxibustion. So posture adjustment nursing has a high clinical practical value and application sig- nificance in the clinical treatment on discogenic low back pain.
