长沙市住宿业空间结构时空演化

Temporal and Spatial Evolution of Spatial Structure of Changsha's Lodging Industry

基于长沙市住宿业数据和空间分析方法,对其住宿业空间结构时空演化特征及其影响因素进行研究,以期能推动长沙市住宿业健康持续发展。结果表明:长沙市住宿业时空演化特征与城市空间结构变化趋同;长沙市住宿业扩张出现往外扩散趋势,扩张方式、速度差异显著,存在多种扩张方式;湖南省政府向南迁移、长沙市政府向西迁移均对本市住宿业空间布局、城市空间结构产生显著正向影响,城市空间结构开始由单一中心向组团式多核心演化,由此影响住宿业的微观选址及区位转移;影响住宿业时空演化的主要因素有交通便利度、地价因素。在此基础上,依据城市空间结构与住宿业空间结构的协同演化关系,顺应市场要求向岳麓区、天心区寻求发展空间,并利用不断修建的地铁等交通工具改善边缘地区的酒店空间布局以及根据园区消费人口承载量适当购建一些中高档、大众商务型酒店等建议。

Results show that： temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of Changsha lodging industry are consistent with the change of urban spatial structure; Changsha lodging industry expands outward diffusion at present, and the expansion method are various and the speed differs prominently; Southward-moving provincial government, west-moving municipal government of lodging industry spatial layout and the formation of urban functional areas have significant positive influence to the urban space structure and began to change from a single center to multi-centers, and its structural adjustment process influence the location selection and location of the lodging industry transfer; The main factors influencing the lodging industry temporal and spatial evolution has convenient traffic, land price factors. On this basis, according to the spatial structure of urban spatial structure and the lodging industry co- evolution relationship, it puts forward to seek development space from Yuelu district and Tianxin d/strict, and to use the building traffic tools such as the subway to improve the hotel in the area of edge space layout.
