近年来,刑事案件呈逐年上升的趋势,但破案率上升幅度不够理想,特别是多发性侵财案件的破案率偏低,严重影响人民群众的安全感和满意度,究其原因有多方面,但现场勘查工作弱化无疑是原因之一。先试就现场勘查工作弱化的原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策,以促进现场勘查工作的良性发展,真正发挥好现场勘查在刑事侦查工作中的基础性作用。
