普通群众现场保护现状研究

The Current Situation Study of Scene Protection by Ordinary People

人民群众在警察到达现场之前进行有效的保护现场措施,可以为公安机关勘查现场、搜集证据提供有利的帮助,同时能够推进案件真相的证实和侦破。通过搜集文献资料,走访公安一线部门,结合面向广大群众现场保护认识程度的调查研究,笔者发现群众的现场保护有待进一步加强。本文试图建立起提高群众现场保护意识的举措思路,利用群众的力量保证现场的证据原始化、完整化。

The effective protection by ordinary people before the arrival of the police can offer beneficial help for the public security organ to explore the scene and gather evidence. It can advance the truth confirming and the cases solving at the same time. By collecting literature, visiting the department of public security line, combining with the research of scene protection awareness of the ordinary people, the author found that scene protection by ordinary people needs to be further strengthened. This essay tries to establish some initiatives to raise the people＇s scene protection awareness, and to ensure the scene original and complete by the power of the ordinary people.
