大型节庆活动中踩踏事故的预防和处置已成为诸多社会热点问题之一,由于大型节庆活动中事故频发,而国内对该领域的研究起步较晚,在经验和能力上存在很多缺陷、不足。所以,有必要在学习西方较为成熟的安全管理系统的基础之上结合我国大型节庆活动的具体特点进行分析和研究,探讨出一套适用于我国的方法策略,加强人流密集地点现场安全管理、秩序维护,有效地控制和减少安全事故的发生,以确保各种节庆活动的顺利进行。

The prevention and disposal of crowd crushing and trampling accident in large-scale festival activity have become one of the hot spots of social attention. Due to frequent accidents and lack of experience and ability in this respect for relatively late research starting. It＇s necessary to analyze and research this specific characteristics of large-scale festival activity in our country on basis of western mature safety managements to discuss a set of methods and as well as strategies suitable for Chinese situation in order to ensure the smooth running of activities ,strengthen safety managements of crowded places and reduce accidents effectively.
