摘要
ASE提取技术具有回收率高、溶剂消耗少,操作时间短,自动化程度高,劳动力低等优点,近年来被广泛应用于农药残留检测的前处理。ASE提取技术可以应用于土壤、植株、谷物、肉类等多种基质中农药的提取。综述了ASE的影响因子,ASE与其他净化技术相结合,ASE基础上发展出来的SPLE以及ASE与其他提取技术对比4个方面,以期为农药残留检测的前处理提供借鉴。
ASE technology has been widely used in pesticide residues detection because of its good recoveries, less solvent consumption, short operation time, high automation, low labor force, and so on. ASE technology can be applied to the extraction of pesticides in soils, plants, grains and meats .This paper studies on the influencing factors of ASE, combining ASE with other purification methods, SPLE which is based on ASE, combining ASE and other extraction methods in order to provide reference for the pretreatment of pesticide residues detection.
