摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水溶液为流动相,使用SB-C_(18)为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,检测波长235 nmn,对噁唑菌酮和霜脲氰进行定量分析。结果表明,噁唑菌酮和霜脲氰标准偏差分别为0.059、0.11,变异系数为0.26%、0.36%,平均回收率为99.0%、99.3%,线性相关系数为0.999 2、0.999 3。
A HPLC method was adopted for the separation and determination of famoxadone and cymoxanil in mixed WDG formulation. The determination was carried out on SB-CIs colmnn with methanol and water as mobile phase and UV detector at 235 nm. The results showed standard deviations of the method for famoxadone and cymoxanil were 0.059 and 0.11, the coefficients of variation were 0.26% and 0.36%, the average recoveries were 99.0% and 99.3%, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 2 and 0.999 3 respectively.
