摘要 针对导弹武器所追求的降低结构质量、提高有效载荷和战斗力的目标,将某型导弹金属舵面进行了复合材料化设计。通过工程算法对该舵面结构进行三向刚度的等代设计,初步给出适当的复合材料铺层方式。利用有限元法对初步设计复合材料舵面进行了计算分析并优化出最佳铺层方式。基于刚度、强度、稳定性设计要求,开展了舵面结构复合材料铺层及厚度等细节优化设计,给出了复合材料舵面结构尺寸及铺层角度。对比分析金属舵面与复合材料舵面,发现在刚度等效的情况下,强度满足要求,稳定性良好,重量减轻一半左右。 Aiming at reducing the structural weight,improving the effective load and fighting ability of the missile weapon,the composite material design of the metal rudder of a missile is carried out in this paper. The equivalent design of three direction stiffness about the rudder is conducted by engineering method,then the layer way of composite material is given preliminarily. Using the finite element analysis method,the best layer way is calculated and optimized. Based on the stiffness,strength and stability design requirements,the optimization design of layer and thickness of composite material for rudder structure is carried out,and the size and layer angle of composite material for rudder structure are given. Through comparing the rudder surface of metal and composite material,it found that in the case of stiffness meeting the requirements,the rudder has good strength and stability,and the weight is reduced by about a half.
