不同封育年限对宁夏荒漠草原土壤种子库萌发特征的影响研究

Effect of HCA age on Germination Characteristics of Soil Seed Bank in Ningxia Desert Steppe

采用种子萌发法对不同封育时间(封育1年、封育3年、封育6年)样地的土壤种子库萌发特征进行了研究。结果表明:在0~5 cm土层不同封育年限土壤种子库的萌发基本趋势为,在第3天开始萌发,先增大后减小,在萌发的3~13 d为快速萌发期,萌发的最大值出现在第11天至第13天,在萌发的30 d后萌发的种子数较少;与0~5 cm土层相比,6~10 cm土层土壤种子库萌发较少,萌发曲线波动较小。说明土壤中可萌发种子数量不是随着封育年限的增加而增加。

The germination characteristics of soil seed bank were studied in 1 year, 3 years and 6 years of HCA with germination method. The result showed that in the 3rd day, 0~5 cm soil layer HCA seeds began to germinate, increase and then decrease; from the 3rd^13th day, the germination speed became faster; the germination maximum was in the 11 th ~13th day; after 30 days the germination seeds became fewer. Compared with the 0~5 cm soil layer, the 6~10 cm layer germination seeds were fewer and its germination curve changed gently. The result showed that germinating seeds in the soil and HCA ages were not proportional.
