摘要
针对东北红豆杉扦插成活率低的问题,对东北红豆杉扦插繁殖技术进行了研究。结果表明,选取当年生枝条,在吲哚-3-丁酸生根剂500 mg/kg溶液中浸泡1 h后,以营养土(森林土∶炭土∶殖质土∶珠岩=1∶1∶1∶1)作为基质,于秋季扦插的生根效果最好,生根率为80.0%。
This paper studied taxus cuspidate cutting propagation cultivation technique to address low survival rate of taxus cuspidate cutting propagation. Soaking current-grew shoots into indole-3-butyric acid rooting agent solution with concentration of 500 mg/kg for an hour, choosing nutrient soil（forest soil∶ soil carbon∶ humus soil∶ pearlite=1∶1∶1∶1） as masic medium, and cutting propagation. Results showed best performance cutting in autumn, with rooting rate 80.0%.
