摘要 通过正交设计方法配制了氯氧镁发泡水泥,以发泡水泥3 d抗压强度和干密度为指标,分析研究了mol(MgO活性):mol(MgCl_2)、mol(H_2O):mol(MgCl_2)、双氧水掺量等因素对发泡水泥3d抗压强度和干密度的影响。结果表明,正交设计的分析结果与试验结果有良好的一致性。在mol(MgO活性):mol(MgCl_2)为6.5,mol(H_2O):mol(MgCl_2)为14,双氧水掺量为5%时,所制得的发泡水泥3d抗压强度为0.35 MPa、干密度为301 kg/m^3、导热系数为0.062 W/(m·K)。 In the paper the orthogonal method is used to proportion magnesium oxychloride foam cement. By taking compressive strength and dry density as indexes, the effect of a series factors (active MgO:MgCI2 molar ratio, H2O:MgC12 molar ratio and hydrogen peroxide dosage) and different proportional levels to the indexes are analyzed. The results show that it turns out that favorable agreement is found between analysis results and experiment results. When active MgO:MgCl2 molar ratio is 6.5, H2O:MgCl2 molar ratio is 14 and mixing hydrogen peroxide is 5%, 3 d compressive strength of foamed cement is 0.35 MPa, and dry density is 301 kg/m3 and thermal conductivity is 0.062 W/(m.K).
