我国建筑业农民工权益保障问题研究

Research on protection of rights and interests of the migrant workers in the construction industry

建筑业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业,吸收了大量的农村剩余劳动力,农民工作为建筑业从业人员的主要组成部分,对城市建设和经济发展做出了巨大贡献,但他们的合法权益常常得不到保护,侵害农民工权益的事件层出不穷。伴随着农民工维权意识的提高,若数量庞大的建筑业农民工的合法权益问题不能得到妥善的解决,导致矛盾激化,将可能引发社会动荡,不利于社会主义和谐社会的建设。结合当前我国建筑业农民工权益保障的现状,通过分析当前建筑工程施工劳务用工的问题,提出对农民工权益进行保护的建议。

Construction industry, as a pillar industry of national economy, absorbs a large number of rural surplus labors. Migrant workers, as the main components of the construction industry practitioners, make a great contribution to urban construction and economic development, but their legitimate rights and interests are often not protected. Violations to the rights and interests of migrant workers happen frequently. With the increase of migrant workers＂ consciousness of rights safeguarding, social upheavals and contradiction maybe happen if migrant workers＂ rights and interests can not be properly resolved, which is not conducive to the construction of a harmonious socialist society. By analyzing the problems of construction labor, the suggestions of the rights and interests protection of migrant workers are proposed in this paper.
