智障儿童社会支持体系现状及问题研究——以天津市菖机构为例 被引量:2

摘要 智障儿童的社会支持体系主要是由政府、社会、民间组织、学校及家庭五个主体组成的"五位一体"系统。基于社会支持体系评估指标及特征,对天津市X智障机构人员及周边居民进行了走访,发现政府、社会、民间组织(NGO)、学校,以及家庭对智障儿童的认知和支持力度、效度不足。智障儿童社会支持体系的完善,需要政府加大投入,以及社会的援助、民间组织机构的完善、学校师资的引进及家庭的支持。 Social support system is the system of retarded children and children from the surrounding people with whom contact(supporters),and exchanges between children and these supporters posed.Based on evaluation index system of social support and the characteristics of the Nankai District,Tianjin retarded X agency personnel and neighboring residents were interviewed,found that the government,society,non-governmental organizations(NGO),school,and home to children with intellectual disabilities and cognitive support,efficiency insufficient degree.Improve the system of social support for children with intellectual disabilities,the need for government investment,the introduction of social assistance,non-governmental organizations to improve service,school teachers and home front.
