Developing Civilized Rural Families with the Theory of Harmonious Interests

建设美丽乡村,必须创建乡村文明家庭。积极主导以文明乡风引领美丽乡村建设,有利于从乡村治理迈向乡村善治。新常态下中国乡村文明家庭建设面临着和谐利益主体之间物质利益、制度利益和精神利益相冲突的现实困境。通过对其进行和谐利益论分析得出,实现乡村治理创新、家庭经济协调和邻里文化共享的乡村治理目标,建设乡村文明家庭必须做到:锻造健全的乡村家庭功能、维持和睦的乡村家庭关系、建立文明的乡村邻里关系。

In order to build beautiful countryside, we need to deveolp the civilized families in rual area first. The construction of beautiful countryside guided by civilization will promote the shift from rural governance toward rural good governance. Construction of civilized families in rural China in ＂New Normal＂ situation is faced with confilicts among harmonious interest subjects, material, institu- tional and spiritual interests. Through the analysis based on the theory of harmony interests, the pa- per points out that the realization of the innovation in rural governance, family economic coordination and neighborhood culture sharing rural governance objectives, the construction of rural civilization must family： forging a sound rural family functions, maintaining the harmonious countryside family relations, building rural neighborhood of civilization.
